  Avoid at all costs. The guy sent out to repair my boiler was totally unqualified. He spent 5 hours driving round to find a spare part (why couldn't he use the phone?), and then did a bodge job when said part was unavailable. Also, overheated my boiler because he forgot to turn a valve back on.
